Register your return case

How it works:

   Register your case in the return portal.

2. 2

   Select the product in question and state the reason for the return or complaint.

3. 3

   Follow the instructions you receive after registration. You will then receive a digital return shipping label or QR code to use when handing in the parcel.

4. 4

   Pack the item securely and drop off the parcel at the selected service point.

The return fee will be deducted from your refund/credit. You do not need to include any additional information in the parcel – your return is linked to your registered case.
