Your application

Becoming a member of Swedemount is free and you need to be at least 18 years old. Your membership starts as soon as you have accepted our membership terms. If you have multiple membership accounts, we reserve the right to merge them into one account.

Member communications

As a member, you will receive exclusive campaigns, offers, and news tailored to your interests. You will receive all communications via email and SMS. You can choose the type of communications you wish to receive and/or unsubscribe from all communications by logging into My Pages.

Membership terms

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• View purchase history, to display your order history on My Pages and to send personalized member communications.

• Fulfill our obligations under the loyalty program through contact details such as email address, mobile number, membership number, name, and other information.

We process your personal data until the membership is terminated or after 3 years of inactivity.

Information

Every time you shop with us, your purchase information is saved under your membership. Your information and personal data are visible under your membership until the membership is terminated or after 36 months of inactivity. Swedemount has the right to terminate your membership if there are suspicions of misuse.
